Meet The Team

Robbie is a Florida native and lived in Atlanta, GA for 25 years before returning back to Florida. He discovered Flagler County, FL when his parents retired here. Robbie worked as a project manager for a well-known builder in Atlanta for a decade and after working for a track home builder in Florida for five years managing construction jobs, he launched RBI Homes & Roofing in 2020. Robbie manages everything that goes into building an RBI home. His key job duties and responsibilities that relate to the construction process include; meeting customer commitments, delivering homes on schedule and on budget, and working with the engineers, architects, and surveyors to ensure quality control along every aspect of the home building journey.  Robbie launched the RBI Roofing division last year, and as they continued to expand, he added the RBI Pools division to their suite of services in 2023. He also loves building dream homes for families and watching them move in and start their lives. In his spare time, Robbie enjoys everything that the Florida lifestyle has to offer including going to the beach, boating, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, and biking. Robbie has three children that all grew up in Flagler County.

Mike was born in New York and moved to Palm Coast, FL in 1980 when he was seven years old - at a time when there were no traffic lights on Palm Coast Pkwy and Colbert Lane was a hunt camp. Mike served in the U.S. Navy from 1990-94, and was stationed in Norfolk, VA and Mayport, in Jacksonville, prior to serving his combat action tours. After he obtained his real estate license in 2005, Mike went on to earn his General Contractor’s license as well as his pool builders license. As the Director of Real Estate & Operations for RBI Homes, Mike’s duties include acquisition of property, overseeing contracts, budgeting and purchasing, and ensuring that efficient workflows are in place to maximize the company's productivity and performance. Mike is the glue that makes everything happen at RBI and ensures that everything that needs to be done gets done. Many locals know the Hansen name as Mike’s parents owned Hanson’s Furniture in Bunnell for 26 years. In his free time, Mike enjoys many of the amenities that Flagler County has to offer including fishing, boating, hunting, jet skiing and more. In addition to his daughter and son, Mike has a deer named Boboo.
